My eye has been damage with a scissor when i am 8 years old but now i am 20 year old my eye is not position it goes on side please asist me some thing.

Going by your description if your vision is poor in the traumatised eye then the eye tends to shift outwards. We call it exotropia. Cosmetic correction is possible by squint surgery but since the vision is poor the eye always will have tendency to go back outwards.
