Hello Everything looks normal as per this report Vision is 6/9 which is just one line less than 6/6 which is considered 100% vision.

It's saying your vision is 6/9 which is slightly low than normal vision which is 6/6 .. retina is normal ...there could be possibility of dry eye, refractive error most probably
