I think you are 24 years old and most likely your refractive error ( spectacle power ) must have been stable by now so consult any Refractive surgeon for Complete eye examination and need to get Corneal Topography ( PENTACAM/ OCCULYZER) to see if you are suitable for laser vision correction . Then doctor will advise the  procedure ( PRK/ LASIL/ SMILE) .
