I am suffering from eye chalazion. Since 1 week I was getting it compressed with hot water 3 times a day as per its normal treatment I read it on net. But my problem is that the the chalazion is increasing with pain in it instead of getting reduced. Should I stop getting hot water compression?

I think chalazion will not disappear  with medicine & hot fomentation, you may try antibiotic orally + antibiotic ointment locally3-4 times& if it doesn't not disappear ,you will have to undergo minor surgery with no scar on skin
