I have a normal pimple like bump on the lower eyelid between eyelashes.. not a stye no pain no haziness no redness normal pimple like bump solid in nature no puss or anything. What should i do to get rid of it please advice

It’s a milia.There is no treatment available apart from surgical removal.Its a very small procedure.Can be done under local anaesthesia.The photo is not that clear ,kindly send me a clear photo. I can definitely treat this at very reasonable charges.
