My Husband gets boogers which gets very dried and cannot remove it around eyes... It pains while taking it off. What to do for it? How to remove it. He has this problem from almost 5-6 months.

Please share a close up pic of his eyes with detailed information about discharge itching watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
