hi its a pigmentation of outer coats of eye. Observe it for change of size  shape  colour or surface irregularities. keep a digital photographic record . It is called melanosis, does he have any pigmentation on the skin around the eyes as well? the only thing you need to do is keep a watch for signs of further growth. If you are located in Bengaluru you can bring your son to our centre. We will evaluate further.

This is conjunctival melanosis, just like you have birthmarks or moles on skin. You can follow up with an ophthalmologist, they can be left as such at the moment.

Hello Mam this is looking like a Conjunctival melanosis which is scattered areas of pigmentation on white part of eye. this may remain stable or increase with age. if it is increasing kindly consult a Paediatric Ophthalmologist near your area. Hope this is helpful

Hi. This is generally like a ‘til’ on body .. called Nevus of Ota. It’s a safe pigmented lesion. Which may grow as the child grows .. nothing to worry but still show an eye specialist

This can be normal but eye has to be checked after dilating. It could be associated with ocular melanocytosis and have to rule out glaucoma.
