hi its a pigmentation of outer coats of eye. Observe it for change of size  shape  colour or surface irregularities. keep a digital photographic record . Get a comprehensive eye check up done for child by an eye specialist. Most probably it will come normal nevertheless just keep a record Good wishes Mehta national eye care

Good morning! This is a common condition nothing to worry. It is called melanosis, does he have any pigmentation on the skin around the eyes as well? the only thing you need to do is keep a watch for signs of further growth. If you are located in Bengaluru you can bring your son to our centre. We will evaluate further.

This is conjunctival melanosis, just like you have birthmarks or moles on skin. You can follow up with an ophthalmologist, they can be left as such at the moment.
