I have a constant eye ache on eye movement . And head ache on applying lenses and during excessive strain eg exams . I experience squint on removing spectacles . And very frequent eye twitching . My power is 4.5 and 3 myopic vision . I experience very frequent head aches on the frontal part originating from the eye

Mild exophoria is usually common in myopia , you should use some lubricating eye like Optive Eye drops 3-4 times .
