I'm taking these medicines for RA (= 138 U/ml) since 5 days. Now I'm feeling extreme weakness & sweaty. Feeling always weak & tired. Is is side effect or something else? Will it subside on its own or should i go to the treating doctor for medicine change?

The symptoms you are experiencing could be side effects of the medications you are taking for RA. It is important to speak with your treating doctor as soon as possible to discuss these symptoms and determine if a medication change is necessary. Your doctor may want to adjust the dosage of the current medication or switch to a different medication altogether. Extreme weakness and sweating can be serious symptoms, and it is important to seek medical attention if they persist or worsen. Your doctor may want to perform additional tests or exams to rule out any other underlying conditions that could be contributing to your symptoms. In the meantime, try to rest as much as possible and stay hydrated. It may also be helpful to keep a log of your symptoms, including when they occur and how severe they are, to share with your doctor. This can help in determining the best course of treatment for your RA
