My legs have been paining alot since 2-3 weeks now. It's bearable most of the time, sometimes unbearable, especially at night before sleeping. It pains everywhere between and including knees and feet. I have tried danopar medicine 1 tab per day since 3 days. No improvement.

The pain may be associated with calf muscle strain due to some inflammation..  Was there any injury or jerk or any history of excessive load over the limbs..

You can take complete bed rest for now alongwith hot fomentation,  analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment locally.
Health Tips
Avoid sitting down,  avoid heavy work, ankle movement exercises can be done..
