Extreme headache
My mom (60) has been having extreme headaches for the past few years. It is on and off but once she gets it, she doesn't like any sounds or bright lights. She says whenever she has air going through her ears it increases.
She doesn't like anyone talking during that time and says it increases. Also she has extreme headache on top of her head. Which type of doctor should she consult ?
Her headaches can be migrainous, but still you need to get her tested for all possible reasons. Eyes for glaucoma, CT scan for any brain tumor, Blood chemistry for anaemic headaches or any other reasons.
