Extreme head Ache and body ache

I had been suffered from covid 2 months past and from 1 month I've suffering through extreme body ache and head ache and weakness. I've been also suffering through dizziness and depression. I can't have a good sleep through night. Please help me with my issues.

All the present symptoms are part of what is known as Post Covid Fatigue Syndrome. Its better to follow these to fight the present symptoms 1.Maintain hydration. Drink plenty of water 2.Add enough fruits and vegetables to the diet( avoid fruits with high glycemic index if you are Diabetic) 3.Practice Meditation or any moderate physical activity or exercise. 4.Get counselling from a Psychiatrist to fight the symptoms of depression and sleeplessness.
