Extreme Hairfall issue

I'm facing extreme hairfall since many years! Hair has turned very thin. Tried changing to herbal products but they are turning my hair into extreme dry and frizzy. Did some test 2 years back under consultation of a dermatologist but no outcome came as to why this hairfall is happening. I'm eating eggs on regular basis to provide protein for my hair but no result found. Please suggest what should I do.
