Extraction of teeth
1month back dentist extracted my wisdom tooth by help of general anesthesia...they used GA because there is pain in pulp although I am under local anesthesia...finally they removed wisdom tooth...now today there was hole in teeth which is neighbor teeth of removed wisdom teeth...I visited dentist today and he recommended to remove neighbor teeth also...I AM GETTING FEAR...I HEARD SOMETHING ABOUT SEDATION...THAT REDUCES PULP PAIN...MY QUESTION IS WHAT I FEEL WHEN I AM UNDER SEDATION DURING TOOTH EXTRACTION?CAN I MOVE MY HEAD DURING EXTRACTION OF TOOTH?

It is unlikely that whole develops in the adjacent earth because of the procedure done on the third molar. OPG x-ray must have been done prior to the extraction of the wisdom tooth and if you can post it here we can evaluate whether the cavity was there in the second molar or not.
Extraction of the teeth other than third molars is not the preferred option and saving the tooth by procedures like root canal treatment would be preferred if at all possible.
