Extra tooth
Extra tooth growing in between his front teeth because of that extra tooth the other side tooth is affecting .doctor suggested us to remove the extra tooth. and the affected tooth I want to ask do my child need extraction will it not fall itself

Yes if it is an extra tooth it has to be removed to avoid mis alignment in front teeth.

Extra tooth in between two front teeth is usually mesiodens, which can be confirmed after taking X-Ray of the affected site. Mesiodens are advised to get extracted.
If its not mesiodens you'll have few more treatment options.
