Hello i`m 34 yers old and have piles problem and also another doctor says its condyloma .my doctor says its external piles and surgery needed. what is to be done ?

If it is condyloma then excisional biopsy needed (medicine trial can be given)to confirm..or if it is symptomatic external pile then again surgery needed (medicine trial can be given)...in case of confusion take third opinion and clinical evaluation
