All anal issues are not Hemorrhoids. It can be an anal fissure also, if associated with severe pain. You need to avoid passing hard stools , which is the main cause. Consult a surgeon or proctologist for further advise.

High fibre diet. Drink more water. Avoid nonveg, maida food, deep fries, outside food.
