Please provide details on exactly when your daughter is exposed to your maid? What kind of TB does your Maid has? From when she is on treatment ? Get a Chest X-ray for your child. If there are any signs of TB, need to get treated for TB. If not, just starting prophylaxis is better

If your house help had pulmonary tb and your kid was exposed during the illness of your house maid your kid needs prophylaxis. If your toddler had exposed to your maid after the period of treatment, no need for prophylaxis. As your kid mantoux test was less than 10mm, no need for prophylaxis now.
