Hi,
Yes, I provide.
Two types of psychotherapy are common for the treatment of panic disorder with agoraphobia.
Cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)
You will learn about agoraphobia and panic attacks in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This therapy focuses on identifying and understanding your panic attacks, then learning how to change your patterns of thought and behavior.
In CBT, you’ll typically:
be asked to do some reading on your condition
keep records between appointments
complete some assignments
Exposure therapy is a form of CBT that helps you reduce your responses to fear and anxiety. As the name implies, you’re gradually exposed to situations that cause fear. You’ll learn to become less sensitive to these situations over time, with the help and support of therapist.
