I have stretching pain in left shoulder area, upper chest near left shoulder,neck and head Sometimes i feel unbalanced and heavy headed I am not diabetic not having blood pressure Or not on any other medications. Today i have done my ecg Attached ecg Bp reading :- 130/80 Spo2 :- 97 Kindly explain ecg Is there any abnormalities?
