Experiencing palpitations

Sometimes I feel my heart palpitating without any reason. I have got BP and have been in medication for quite a few months. I take Telpres MT 50 half tablet everyday. My family doctor tells me it is a case of Tachycardia and is more congenital since my father also has the same. I occasionally visit local physicians to check my BP and it seems the levels are quite within normal range. Like 80/110 - 85/130. According to them the only thing I can do now is to stop taking stress and reduce anxiety if any. Is there anything I should be really concerned of?

You need.further evaluation in the form of echo and Holter and if everything within normal limits then you may have to continue with stress and anxiety management.
