Experiencing memory loss

Taking aripiprazole 10mg, Waklert 50mg, and THP 2mg, but experiencing memory loss and difficulty watching videos or reading. It's been a year since I was diagnosed with acute transient psychotic disorder. Is this normal?

THP might cause some cognitive blunting / fogging of memory Your treating psychiatrist must have accordingly started you on waklert for the same
