I have Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease and hemorrhoid. What types of Gym exercises can i do and what should be my Diet?

You need light and soft diet. If your height weight have been their more easy to counsel. U should have low fat no spicy diet. Take curds and buttermilk which will be helpful. Have small and frequent meals. More water.have fruits in your diet no non vegetarian avoid spices.

Hi,if u have GERD then it means your eating habits r not proper.do not skip meals. Have light, non spicy and low fat foods. If you already have hemorrhoids then have soft low fiber foods or it can further irritate your system. By low fiber it means not too much of fiber have whole grains, sprouts. Have lots of water. Hope this helps.
