I'm 34 year male. Few years back I joined gym after exercise got hive all over face, i thought may be due to some insect bite and after some days again after exercise got hives. So i stopped going to gym. Recently got dumbbell and done exercise(minimum) 1st few days some hive appeared and thought may be mosquito or some insect. One day increased workout little bit on that day got more hive all over face and shortness of breath. Reached hospital immediately and got injection for allergy. Hive gradually got reduced. Now checked in Google about my condition and got these terms Exercise induced urticaria / Exercise-induced anaphylaxis. Is there any test to find this condition and treated or left untreated. Pls suggest me what to do in this.

Based on your history, you may be suffering from cholinergic urticaria, a condition where small hives develop in response to an increase in body temperature due to exercise, stress, or heat. It requires proper clinical assessment to confirm the diagnosis and rule out more serious conditions like exercise-induced anaphylaxis. Treatment options are available and can help prevent such episodes.
Next Steps
Kindly consult a dermatologist for personalized evaluation and management.
