Hi, only taking medication is not enough for OCD.You can also consult an Occupational therapist and psychologist for further management.
Try to do meditation,breathing exercises or pranayama
You can also try Jackson's relaxation exercise .you may also need counselling and cognitive behavioral therapy .
Due to OCD you may have some issues in your daily life and work place well being.i will suggest you to consult an Occupational therapist who will greatly help you to overcome all your difficulties.
An Occupational therapist can find out where you have problem and what's your strength after a complete assessment. Based on that they will help you to improve your functional ability and work performance in your daily routine.
