Last month I'm suffering from miscarriage. Now I'm normal so can I start again my daily exercise without weight. Or can I do running. Bcos it's feel little bit weakness in my body and there is little pain in my lower abdominal. Please suggest me that what shoul I do and how to overcome from this pain and weakness.
Start with light exercises like stretching and yoga. Gradually level up. Don't worry, miscarriages happen and are quite common. Make sure you eat and rest well to regain back your optimum health.
