Your x-ray shows no bony injury , soft tissue injury is there in the form of sprain. Ligament injury is worse than the fracture, ligament injury needs more care than the fracture. It takes more time than the bony injury.usually 6-8 weeks sometimes more. It requires rest, Ice pack application, compression with crepe bandage and elevation for 6-8 weeks . Once pain free foot obtained excercise and weight bearing should be started.

Looks like a ligamentous injury. It will take about 6 weeks to heal. You can start gentle exercises once the pain goes away.

Please visit an orthopedic surgeon.
