Hi... The way you have explained, it appears to be a case of social anxiety or phobia. But a proper diagnosis will require a proper evaluation.
There are various methods of overcoming it through exposure therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT).
Also, if it is caused by some psycho-social factors simple Counselling will also work.
