I'm having irregular period for 7-8 months. And  pains so hell on the beginning of the period and stays for the whole day (on first day) . My lower back portion also pains. My period stays for 2 days. What should I do? Also, I want to know whatever the prblm i have, will i be able to conceive in future?

This is dysmenorrhea.  U shd manage the condition with painkillers to begin with. Round the clock. If it does not subside then get a pelvic ultrasound done with full bladder to rule out Endometriosis. If ultrasound is normal then no problem.
