Hello I understand your problem can be quite distressing. Happy to hear your condition is improving. However for the constipation part, I would recommend increasing fibre in your diet and wait for a couple of days. Even then if the issue doesn't resolves, there are safe medications I can recommend that can help relieve your constipation.
Next Steps
High fibre diet and exercise.

Do visit a gastroenterologist as you might be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. Please try to reduce intake of fried or oily food and have small frequent meals with lots of water and try to incorporate fruits in your diet natural fibre. Try to have fixed meal timmings. And try to do some mild to moderate exercise. If you are consuming alcohol or tobacco i think its time to stop those.

Dear Patient, Excessive gas with constipation is common and usually occurs due to slow bowel movement, low fiber intake, less water, or sedentary lifestyle. It is good that gas is improving with Pantocid DSR, but constipation may need additional support. What you can do: Continue Isabgol at night with a full glass of warm water, drink 2–3 liters water daily, increase fiber (salad, papaya, guava, soaked raisins, vegetables), do 30–40 minutes walking daily, and maintain a fixed toilet routine after meals. If constipation still persists, you may take a stool softener for a few days like Lactulose syrup (Duphalac) 15–20 ml at bedtime or PEG powder in water at night. These are safe for short-term use. Consult me if severe abdominal pain, vomiting, blood in stool, weight loss, or persistent constipation occurs. For further guidance and treatment, text me on Practo anytime.
