See it's all symptom of ur fever.. ur antibiotics would cause gastritis soo unfeeling v tired.. take n have lots off fluid n continue ur medicines.. change in taste .. due to fever it's normal.. so don't worry.. take rest n have loads of fluid like fresh juice, tender coconut water

When u are in fever and taken medicine like paracetamol, u feel sweating and tiredness. Changes in saliva taste is also bcoz of fever n medication. Consult your physician.

Altered taste and increased turbidity of saliva are common symptoms whenever fever occurs due to any reason. Try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth properly and cleaning your tongue by a toothbrush and maintain adequate hydration.
