I get saliva entire day, while talking, while keeping mouth shut, while sleeping, if am feeling hungry or in case of indigestion. Even while sleeping. Am so fed of spitting on roads while walking, it disturb my speech while talking or reading book, it disturb my sleep at nyt. Entire day am spitting, suggest me to whom I should consult a dentist or general physician.
