Sir/Madam, I have been suffering from sexual desire and thus watching porn and after watching porn you know what happened....I cant able to control my self thus feeling guilty and mood instability.....also not able to focus on my studies because of feeling week ......Please help me

Hi,  If not everyone,  most of them of your age,  will have sexual desire,  watch porn. You need to explain in what way it is excess if you feel so. The reason for feeling weak? You can revert back with details about your mood as well for me to understand and help you better. Regards
