Excema on areola

I am having excema on my areola since 2023 and it's not solving I have tried several physicians but their medicines doesn't work. I have IgE levels over 5000 that might be a reason but I am taking allergy tablets and applying fusidic Acid creams but no result . It might get better for a week but then it's having again and again.
