Evidence of peri gestational fluid

Hello doctor I'm 9 weeks pregnant. Today I went for early pregnancy scanning and in the results it is shown as "Evidence of peri gestational fluid seen with measuring 23×16" But I'm not having any bleeding or white discharge.. Can I know the reason for getting this and is it causes any problem during pregnancy? Please guide me Thank you

It's ok, continue with supportive medications and bed rest, repeat ultrasound to look for increasing size / resolution
