Eustachian tube dysfunction
I’m a 34 year-old male with Eustachian Tube Dysfunction for over 2 months. I have ear fullness, fogginess, pressure, and imbalance. Prednisolone helped a little, but symptoms returned. Also tried Mucinac, Cinnarizine, nasal spray, and steam but nothing seems working a lot of up and down.
While medications like steroids and decongestants offer temporary relief, the exact cause of ETD (allergy, sinusitis, adenoids or any other lesions of nasopharynx etc need to be identified for effective long-term treatment.

Audiometry and tympanometry to assess middle ear function
