I am facing etd dysfunction from past 1yr...nasal sprays give temp relief...it is also causing pressure and pain in my ear and balancing issues...kindly suggest solution

Hello...... Whats etd?? Please don't use short forms... It could be eustachian tube problem... Do valsalva manuare that's is forcefull expiration with closed mouth.... If you are allergic to something you should avoid it.... Consult ent specialist in nearest hospital.......
