ESR 38mm/h

Hi I am 35 yr old female.. today I gone through full body tests... my ESR report Shows 38mm/h... what's that mean and should I worry n consult for treatment? I have TSH 8.5 and low HB also

If TSH level is elevated, and normal T3 T4 , it's known as subclinical hypothyroidism.If you don't have any symptoms,not planning for pregnancy ,no treatment is required  unless TSH level is above 10,do monitor every 3 months.iflammatio , infection raises the ESR.
