I had an ESI done 9/18 which has been 2 days ago for 3 bulging discs with foraminal stenosis bilaterally with the L5-L1 being worse that is so narrow it is pinching my sciatica nerve. My pain was immediately worse than before with a cycle of symptoms that never end including severe headache, numbness, weakness, sitting hurts, standing for long time causes me to feel like passing out. Increased BP followed by drop in BP. The PM Dr tried to prescribe me muscle relaxers. I said no. Is this normal?
