I was prescribed escitalopram 10mg at night along with clonazepam .25mg sos. for my severe anxiety and palpitations. I took it for 2 days. Now i am having occasional muscle twitches when i stress lower limb muscles and also i tried masturbating and i felt delayed and unsustained erection and delayed ejaculation without much orgasm. I am 29year old and about to get married in 3 months time. Should i stop the drug. Will i have withdrawal symptoms if i stop. Any other treatment for my problem

Hi,  The problems you have quoted are known side effects of escitalopram. Usually these side effects subside on their own as continue medication. If you are too worried about it and the side effects not reducing,  you will have to gradually stop it and be put on other medicine. Revert back if you wish to stop and put on other medicine
