When I took it first time, it was 154/85, after five minutes it was 133/77, after ten minutes it was just 113/69. Which reading should I consider accurate, the highest or lowest reading?

Check your Bp on mannual apparatus. Second if you are checking on digital then 133/ 77 is accurate.

There r fluctuations on digital BP apparatus. BP should be checked in lying, sitting & standing position. For proper knowledge meet doctor personally.
