Hi Mr. Madhurpawar,
Erosive antral gastritis is mainly caused due to infection in your stomach which can be easily treated with antibiotics and acid suppressing drugs.
GERD can also be managed by acid suppressing drugs and lifestyle modification.
Constipation treatment usually depends on severity of disease. It is also linked to your piles problem. If your constipation is controlled by medicines then piles should not worry you.
Mild fatty
liver should not be of great concern of your
LFT (liver function test) is normal. Fibroscan can confirm the amount of fat content of your liver along with the amount of damage already done.
Next Steps
Should be on acid suppressing medication as advised by your doctor and lifestyle modification includes avoiding beverages like tea, coffee and sustances like chocolate. For antral gastritis if infection test is positive (rapid urease test for H. Pylori) then antibiotics will help.
For constipation and piles u need to consult a Gastroenterologist to determine adequate treatment.
For fatty
liver, weight loss by means of exercise and diet control should be enough if
LFT is normal and fibroscan suggest upto mild liver damage.
