Hello doctor, I did not get full erection while having sex. My penis is not getting hard. I also used Himalaya tentex and himcolin gel but did not get the proper result. I am 38 yrs. Pls suggest some proper medicine to cure this and get full and hard erection. Thanks Amit Kumar.
