At the time of having sex i face erection problems. My penis does not becomes hard enough to be inserted in vagina. But in normal time during masturbation it become hard. While wearing the condom the penis relaxes down to normal and even if i try to erect it. It does not erect properly. It has happened many times and due to this i am unable to have sex.
