Hi. I am 29 yrs old male from Saudi Arabia. I am doing masturbation since I was 13. I have done some excessive masturbation and I find it difficult to quit. I am now facing erection problem and the penis is getting smaller in size than what it used to be. I dont smoke and I dont drink. Ocasionally I do exercise and I use to eat alot of oily meals.
