Hi Doctor, All of a sudden I'm not getting an erection and my wife got hcg yesterday. This is the first time this is happening and we need to have intercourse today as she will ovulate today or tomorrow. Please suggest

For time being.. You can use Tablet.  Sildenafil 50mg.  Once now.. 
Next Steps
After food..  30-60 minutes before intercource..
Health Tips
mild tachycardia will be there... maintain good hydration..  For future : Take proper rest and sufficient sleep..  do physical workout regularly..
