Erection doesn't last

I am unable to keep an erection for more than a min or so. I have had Viagra in the past when I was 21. I still use Viagra but it hardly makes a difference. I have had 50 mg the max. I avoid taking it as later it gives head ache and dizziness. Is there any natural remedies for it.
