Erection and urine problem

At the time of erection, i am facing problem to urinate as sime of my urine fells outside the pot. Also at the time of erection, my inner part of penis doesn't come out of the skin covering. I am also facing the problem of night dream ejaculation sometimes. At the time of masturbation, it took me only few seconds to ejaculate. Please help me on this.
