You should be loyal to yourself to stop the habits of smoking, alcohol and masturbation. Do some good job, exercise early morning at the time of sunrise, eat vegetables, plenty of water, milk with ghee at bed time. . . Preserve your good hobbies. . .

You should take tentex forte once at bed time with half glass of warm milk. But better to take medicines after taking doctor consultation because we need to clearify the issue as some ayurvedic medicines also have side effects if not taken with proper supervision.

U take tentex royal also Musalipak two tsf twice a day with milk after food. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday. Walk,exercise play games,yoga everyday for two hours . Indulge in some good jod,work to be away from bad habits u have. If necessary go for counselling .and take advice.
