My answer Erectile Dysfunction ED is the most common sexual disorder found among youngsters like you. Your BP and history of Ashma may prolong the Treatment but be sure that your problems are fully curable through proper counselling and Ayurvedic and Herbal preparations. Muscular weakness may be the cause of Erection Failure and other factors may include Excessive Stress, Work Load, Low confidence and Relationship issues. Erectile dysfunction is related to disturbed Nervous System and sustained Erection can be achieved with Good  Ayurvedic drugs. Tentex Forte can induce Excitement but it is useless if it is not supported by Muscular strength. There are other very good and efficient medicines for ED and certain Medicated Oils for Penis which make our Penis Hard during intercourse but before prescribing these medicines, I would like to share your detailed History so that I could reach at the basic root cause of your problem. So do not worry and be confident about the fact that your problem is fully curable with Proper medication and counselling. Do not hesitate to call/chat with me on Practo if you want speedy recovery and best results.
